SHARON - Creative Director, Filmmaker

I find immense joy in creating that are both meaningful and beautiful for people! My initial training as a musician instilled in me the invaluable connection between music and soul—a philosophy and perspective that continues to drive me in all aspects of my life and work, including my passion for filmmaking.

Hailing from Malaysia, and as someone who has traveled the world since I was a baby, these global experiences have further enriched my creative perspectives. Whether exploring diverse cultures, captivating landscapes, or engaging with people from various walks of life, my travels have become a wellspring of inspiration for my artistic endeavors. Beyond borders, I bring a unique global influence to my work, ensuring that each creation resonates universally.

With a rich background spanning five years in the art of capturing weddings on film, I find joy in curating the love stories of others. I believe a couple's wedding day is a good reminder of the strong connection love can have on one another.

Reflecting on my own wedding day, the absence of a videographer remains something I wish I could go back and re-do. The fact that we missed out on capturing all the fleeting moments of mine and my wife's special day on film, serves as a powerful reminder of the invaluable role videography plays in preserving the essence of such a momentous day.

Fueled by this realization, my journey as a wedding videographer is defined by a deep-seated passion for storytelling. I approach each project with a strong attention to detail, weaving together the intricacies of the day into a narrative that encapsulates the essence of love and commitment. Through my lens, I strive not only to document weddings but to craft stories that endure—a testament to the profound connections forged on this extraordinary day.

Our vision is far reaching, of envisioning your love legacy, encompassing our couples, their families, cultures and relationships. Our films are crafted to become cherished heirlooms, destined to be passed on through generations, preserving the timeless beauty of your love for years to come.

Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience from the start. We believe that each of our couples have their own authentic story and vision that we hope to capture and put on film. There usually is a dedicated moment for couples shots on the day of, but our role as filmmakers is to document your entire day, unobtrusively. We'll get in the mix of the party if the situation calls for it, but our job and role is to document the big stuff and the small details without being seen as much as possible. Additionally, we exist to not just press record on the day. We are hands-on creators, not only to make sure that your day is captured and remembered, but we also offer an additional layer of support on the day of. We are here for YOU!

You can expect us to be proactive and to offer clear communication leading up to the wedding, on the day of and even after the event is over. We want to ensure that your day unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to bask in the moment, delivering the highest quality film to etch your memories in time.

The Process

STAGE ONE

CONNECTING

Let's start by filling out the

form! After, we'll set up a meeting, whether it's through Zoom or in person to talk about your wedding and your vision! Looking forward to connecting with you!

STAGE TWO

BOOKING

After our conversation, and getting to know you and your vision more, I'll prepare a tailored quote and contract! Once the package is chosen, contract signed and deposit is submitted, your date is officially booked!

STAGE THREE

DAY OF YOUR WEDDING

Prior to the wedding date, we'll touch base either through phone or e-mail, with a questionnaire and a few other logistical communication to ensure that everyone is on track for the wedding! On the day of, we usually like to arrive a little earlier to set up so that come time, we are ready to go! We want to make your day stress-free so you can enjoy this moment!

STAGE FOUR

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER

After the day of, we will go back to our studio to cull through all the footage, which usually involves materials from multiple cameras and sound systems. We'll then start the process of creating your forever film! The process usually takes about 10-14 weeks. If there are any questions in the meantime, feel free to let us know!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR WEDDING FILMS?

A social media teaser and a 3-5 minute highlight film is included in all our base package. All our packages can be customized according to your needs. We offer 8 minute, 10 minute, 15-30 minute and a 30-60 (documentary style) edit add ons.

HOW IS MUSIC CHOSEN?

Part of the process in creating your film is choosing the music. We have a few places that we license music from that we are able to use for your film. Due to copyright reasons, we may not be able to use specific music choices. However, if there is an absolute NEED for a specific music choice, please feel free to let us know, and we'll see if we are able to acquire the licensing rights for your film.

DO WE NEED AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

No, you do not need an engagement session. However, I do find that those who do, they are able to get a feel for the filmmaker and photographer's vibes, which helps a lot for the day of the event. This also allows us to work with you on a more personal level, without the stress of a wedding day event. In addition, this helps our couples be more comfortable being in front of the camera.

DO YOU OFFER PHOTOGRAPHY?

While specializing in wedding films, we also offer photography packages with the assurance of top-notch quality. Collaborating with our experienced photography and in-house editing team, we guarantee a streamlined process for documenting your special day. Our teams are well-versed in working together, ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for capturing every moment.
