What is the payment process like?

There is a 30% retainer to secure your date. Payment can be made online through our secure portal. The rest of the payment will be due at minimum 1 week before the event/wedding date.

If I have to cancel my event, can I get my retainer back?

We like to see if the event can be moved to a different date. If not, and the event is truly cancelled, we unfortunately are not able to return the retainer. The retainer is used to book your date for you so that any future requests on that date by other parties will be refused.

What is your cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once booked the client is locked in for that time. The client can switch booking to the next available time on the calendar up to 48 hours of that specific booked time if availability permits (within 3 months to reschedule).

FULL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN UP TO 7 DAYS OF THE BOOKED TIME WITH A 15% PROCESSING FEE

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER 30 DAYS OF BOOKING.

With You In Time HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A BOOKING AT ANY TIME

If With You In Time feels the client has violated any policies at any time, With You In Time reserve the right to cancel with no notice given and the client will NOT receive a refund.

What is the turnaround time to receive my film?

Depending on the package and type of films selected, the time varies. However, general turnaround time is 10-14 weeks. Social media highlights are expected much sooner.

Am I able to receive the raw files?

We typically do not recommend raw files, because they are meant for archival purposes. They are unedited and contains hundreds of individual video clips and are more difficult to view. However, for those that do want to the unedited raw files, they can be considered as an additional add-on to your package.

How long does an engagement session/love story last?

They typically lasts around 2-3 hours and includes an interview. We can accommodate full-day shoots as well. Photography can also be added alongside this session.

Can we request edits to the film if we wish to make changes?

Yes, you can! Prior to your wedding date, we reach out to go over everything you want captured. Sometimes, there might be dynamics or aspects which we would love to know to make sure we help fulfill your vision. However, for a variety of reasons, you may still want a re-edit, and we consider your satisfaction our top priority. To fulfill this, we do offer one complimentary re-edit. Our aim to to deliver your film that you can enjoy, share and remember.

What if I do not want my film and photos to be used as promotional material for With You In Time?

We acknowledge and respect that everyone may have personal reasons for not wanting their event to be used as promotional material for With You In Time. To ensure transparency, we emphasize the importance of carefully reading through the contract before signing, as it grants us full rights to showcase your event for promotional purposes. We take pride in our work and love showcasing the excellence of our past events to potential clients like yourself who appreciate our high-quality content. Your interest in our services is a testament to the impact of our work, and understanding the significance of showcasing these events contributes to our ongoing success.

We look forward to meeting with you to enhance your special event further. If, however, you prefer not to have your event featured in promotional material for With You In Time, we offer an alternative option: a $500 non-promotional fee that can be added to your final payment.
